DongGuan PinYi Automation Technology Co., Ltd is located at Humen
of DongGuan city. The plant area is over 8000 square meters, with
250 people and high professional senior technical staff, the
principal business scope includes utmost precision tool building as
well as automation design and manufacture.
The tooling department has the advanced Japan WASINO5P optical
projection grinders, Japan Sodick wire cutting machines, EDM,
surface grinders, milling machines; Japan Mitutoyo microscopes,
Japan Mitutoyo projectors; Switzerland TRIMOS quadratic elements
height gauge. Provide the global customers with all kinds of
tooling, tooling parts, and automation equipments.
The automation department introduced Japanese advanced technology
and management, leading by the on-site technical staff from Japan,
specialized in R&D and manufacturing the automatic machines for
electronic connectors. The optical, electrical, mechanical sliders
and other aspects of the devices are imported from Japan, in order
to ensure the precision, efficiency and stability of the automation
equipments. The main customers include TE, FCI and etc..

2007 PinYi was established, start the assy spare business.
2008 ISO 9001:2008 Certified. Start the die spares and new die (customer design) business.
2009 Setup the Automation department, start to design & build the automation machines for customers.
2010 Successfully Completed the 1st Automation machine project for TE connectivity and FCI.
2012 Moved to a new location, the plant space expanded to 6000 square meters. Start global business development.
Dongguan PinYi mainly specialized in manufacturing utmost precision die&mold component, stamping die as well as R&D and automation equipment research and development. It's occupied over 8000 square meters and owns about 300 employees as well as many professional technical engineers.
